"I specialise in the recruitment of high-performing sales professionals, placing talent from graduate-level through to senior leadership positions.

Born and raised in South Wales, I began my career in sales recruitment in 1988 with ATA Selection in Birmingham. In 1991, I co-founded Swindale Parks, a specialist sales recruitment consultancy that delivers UK and international assignments across a wide range of sectors.

Swindale Parks works with a loyal and diverse client base, from some of the world’s largest organisations to smaller, high-growth businesses. Regardless of size, our focus remains the same: identifying and introducing exceptional sales talent that drives commercial success.

Outside of recruitment, sport plays a significant role in my life. Rugby has been a lifelong passion, and I was fortunate to represent Sale RFC in the English Premiership, playing over 1,000 senior first-team games during a long and injury-light career. Today, my competitive focus has shifted to high-intensity training on the Concept2 Rower, where I am a current world record holder".
