Our client, a market leading, and rapidly expanding provider of a range of innovative solutions to the fleet sector, including telematics & tracking systems, is seeking a Sales Specialist to join their established team. This is a hybrid role, a mix of office based in Birmingham and working from home (WFH) responsible for driving new business and revenue across a portfolio of fleet products.
Specific duties include:
Develop & manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
Promote and sell a range of fleet-related products and services
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide sales forecasts
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Product) to support conversion and onboarding
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor offerings and product knowledge
About you:
Proven B2B sales experience
Background in fleet, vehicle, telematics, insurance or similar industries
Confident managing longer, consultative sales cycles
Excellent communication skills
Strong presentation, organisation and negotiation abilities
Experience selling solutions to SMEs or transport/logistics businesses

Competitive base salary in the region of £32-38,000 basic + £12,000 per annum commission and other incentives.
