Junior (Graduate) Sales & Customer Service

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Generator & Customer Service Advisor to join their Sales Team. You will be responsible for ensuring first-class customer service and generating leads for the existing sales team.
Ideal role for someone looking to take their first steps in a sales environment, also offering career progression into Sales or Transport for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Transport checks
- Informing customers of deliveries
- Inputting customer purchase orders
Lead Generator:
- Generating new tenders
- Introduction Letters (sending out introduction flyers and merchandise)
- Reporting (collating management information)
- Black Books (finding new companies)
- Arranging supplier and customer meetings for sales representatives (where you will also attend to build a relationship)
The successful person will have:
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- To be well organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Previous outbound call experience in either a Call Centre or similar sales/ customer service experience would be helpful but not essential.
- Full Training will be provided - Graduates & sports enthusiasts welcome
Benefits / Key Information
Salary - £20,000 - £24,000
Annual Leave – 24 days annual leave with statuary bank holidays
Working Hours – 8 am until 5.30 pm
