We have an exciting role for a motivated CIPD Level 5 qualified HR Advisor to join our client's dynamic and friendly team in Bromsgrove

Key duties:
Provide pragmatic and effective advice and guidance on a full range of HR matters in line with current UK employment law.
Draft and issue template and bespoke HR documents.
Assist in writing and presenting information over a wide range of HR related topics, to include delivering HR training and seminars to business.
Preparation of COT3s, Settlement Agreement, Employment Tribunal cases.
Liaise with external bodies such as Company Occupational Health Advisors, General Practitioners, Statutory Bodies and Local Authorities/Agencies.
Process employee changes promptly ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and authorised.
Advise and support on casework, including performance and capability management, absence management, disciplinaries and grievances.
Candidate skills:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Understanding of the importance of confidentiality and discretion.
Personable and adaptable
Excellent attention to detail.
Positive & Friendly can-do attitude with the ability to stay calm and diplomatic under pressure.
Ability to work on their own or as part of a team.
Highly organised and disciplined with the ability to prioritise workload under pressure.
Computer literate - Microsoft Office
CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
