EHS Business Development Manager
(Working from home)
£45-55,000 basic salary + commission, car allowance and extensive other benefits.
Our client is a long established, international provider of Global Environmental Health & Safety Compliance Solutions. As part of their ongoing expansion they are looking to recruit a talented Business Development Manager to join their successful team.
This is a home-based role selling unique EHS software solutions into global organisations, with a focus on new business development.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of exceeding new business sales targets and come from a background in health and safety consulting, compliance software, EHS Software, Certification, GRC or Environmental consultancy and be able to demonstrate the following:
Experience in selling to Industrial & Manufacturing Clients
Evidence of new business sales – exceeding targets consistently
Ability to manage complex sales process/multiple sites
Ability to work on own initiative
Able to evidence success/pipeline management/sales secured
Strong track record of stability within roles in growth environments/PE backed businesses
Good educational background
New business hunter
Experience of selling to multi-site businesses
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent phone manner/strong appointment making skills
Dynamic & driven / Can do attitude
Ability to self-generate leads & appointments
Your sales style will be very consultative by nature and your sales success to date should ideally have been gained at senior level with large companies.
You will be highly self-motivated with a positive attitude and high levels of personal hunger & desire.
