Business Development Executive 


My client is seeking an ambitious and driven sales person to work as part of a team of desk-based sales folk. This role will develop into a field sales role in 12 - 18 months which gives you the perfect time to get to grips with what they sell. This role would ideally suit someone who may have 2 years of b2b sales experience and understand a long sales cycle and is happy to put the foundations in place to cultivate a quality sell. 

Duties will include:

  • Research and develop all leads
  • Capture all information in the CRM
  • Work closely with the marketing team to follow up campaigns and events
  • Resource and research new opportunities
  • Work with the external sales team to qualify all leads with the ultimate aim of an appointment that will lead to a sale
  • Work to realistic and fair targets

To be considered for this role:

  • An ambitious high flyer - who wants to build a fruitful and rewarding career in sales 
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or Technology 
  • Prior b2b sales experience - this could be your 2nd role after graduating
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Positive - glass is half full kind of person
