Are you an organised HR professional who enjoys supporting people and creating a positive employee experience? We’re recruiting on behalf of an established and growing technology-led business seeking a Part-Time HR Administrator to join their friendly and collaborative team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator looking for flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to play a key role in supporting the wider business across all areas of HR administration and employee support.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, with additional support from the Finance Director, you’ll provide essential day-to-day HR administrative support across the full employee lifecycle.

This is a varied and people-focused position where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation using Sage HR
  • Supporting recruitment activity including advertising vacancies, screening CVs, arranging interviews, and managing candidate communications
  • Preparing contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation
  • Coordinating onboarding processes to ensure an excellent new starter experience
  • Assisting with training administration and HR reporting
  • Supporting the administration of employee benefits including pensions, healthcare, and EV schemes
  • Acting as a first point of contact for general HR queries
  • Assisting with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, approachable, and passionate about delivering excellent HR support.

You will ideally have:

  • A minimum of 4 years’ HR administration experience
  • Part or full CIPD qualification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications
  • A proactive and collaborative approach
  • Experience using Sage HR would be advantageous, but not essential
