Our client is a leading provider of innovative drink & snack vending solutions throughout the Midlands area, their client base including such prestigious names as Rolls Royce & The NEC. Their customer retention rate of 95% is unprecedented in this sector and testament to the high quality service they provide.
As part of their ongoing expansion they are looking to recruit an additional Business Development Manager for the West Midlands region, who will be targeted on securing 4 new orders per month, which, based on current conversion ratios, will be achieved by attending between 6-8 sales appointments per week.
The companys telesales team will generate a couple of these appointments for you, although it would be fair to say that we are looking for a talented sales professional who is self-sufficient & highly self-motivated, capable of unearthing the majority of their own new business opportunities.
A typical week will be spent one day in the office and four days working from home/attending face to face client meetings, selling vending solutions, typically on 3 or 5 year leasing contracts.

On offer is a basic salary of 30,000, very realistic OTE of 60,000 plus benefits including a BMW 3 Series company car.
