Trade Planning & Execution Manager
£40,000-£50,000 basic salary and benefits package
Our client, a long established & leading global supplier of branded FMCG products is seeking a Trade Planning Manager to optimise brand visibility, sales and profitability in-store through a combination of Point of Sale, 3rd Party Merchandisers and promotion plan optimisation.
The company operates across multiple channels both in the UK and Internationally, covering supermarkets, pharmacies/drug stores, high street department stores and garden centres.
We are seeking a talented & ambitious Trade Planning Manager with a proven track record in a similar role.
Key Attributes/Experience Sought:
Managing a budget of brand activation and demonstrating a strong ROI.
Project management / strong organisational skills
Data & Excel literate
Self-motivated & dedicated. A flexible hands-on approach and a willingness to get involved.
Adaptable & flexible - experienced in multi-tasking and reprioritisation based on last minute demands.
A high level of interpersonal skills that allow for effective working relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
Strong & flexible communication style
Proven negotiation skills – you will be working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and will need to negotiate on time and cost regularly.
Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure with a keen eye for detail.
