Trade Marketing Manager
Our client, based Midlands, a long established & leading global supplier of branded, non-food, FMCG products is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager as part of their ongoing expansion.
We are seeking a dynamic & ambitious, results focused Trade Marketing Manager with a strong work ethic and exceptionally high levels of self-motivation, to fulfil the following:
Deliver and drive the Trade Marketing Plan by working across both the Sales and Category Teams.
Drive sales and revenue in line with the key marketing activations both instore and online.
Work alongside the Global Marketing Manager to create presentations to both the internal Sales Team and external parties in order to drive revenue growth.
Ensure that the Sales Team receive appropriate training throughout the year relating to the key selling points for each range and competitors.
Feed ideas, trends, launches, in store activation ideas and concepts to NPD in order to generate further listing potential and sales revenue growth.
Work with the NPD Team to create high quality marketing materials, including brochures, ensuring that Brand Guidelines are accurate and clearly represented.
Work alongside the Global Marketing Manager to deliver engaging brand launches internally to both the Sales Team and Companywide, and also at external retailer events and meetings.
Develop a Trade Marketing Calendar in order to drive sales and revenue in-line with the overarching key marketing activations focusing on both grocery and non-grocery channels.
Work alongside the Sales Team to drive sales according to the retailer specific Marketing Plans and to engage with the retailer media agencies.
Negotiate all retailer Media Plans. Liaise with the Creative Director and Global Marketing Manager to be able to brief media agencies, prepare creative briefs, and execute critical paths of asset delivery.
Evaluate the results of retailer media campaigns to include ROI, sales up-lift and successful lines.
Work with the Category Team to develop optimum POS to ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to and aligned.
Focus on online sales platforms, and drive sales of the available SKUs.
Monitor the marketing spend and ensure maximum results; Be responsible for a strong ROI. Substantially grow revenue of .com retail partners and achieve company budget.
