Azure Consultant
Our client, a long established & successful international market-leading software house is seeking an Azure Consultant, based from their Birmingham City Centre office.
The company are implementing a new public cloud environment which will encompass Azure PaaS/IaaS along with DevOps and is need of a Technical Specialist to assist in configuring the architecture.
The role will establish standards, processes and procedures for managing software development, deployment, versioning controls and test plans.

Proven experience with Azure Cloud Platform
Strong Windows Infrastructure administration experience is desirable but not essential
Experience of managing, supporting, monitoring and troubleshooting cloud environments
Facilitate and drive implementation of Microsoft Azure DevOps.
Develop standards and migration procedures.
Implement a continuous integration strategy
Implement automated and continuous testing.
Implement automated release management and version controls.
Establish proactive monitoring and analytics for the production environment
Provide strategic consultation to business and IT management to establish quality controls for software deployment.
For this key Azure Consultant role salary is negotiable, subject to experience, but will be very competitive.
