Sales Executive
(West Midlands/Staffordshire)
£24,000 basic; £27,000 ote (open ended) + company vehicle
Our client, a leading, well established provider of Facilities Management business solutions to the Commercial sector is seeking a Field Sales Executive to join their already successful team.
The role:
Reporting to the Managing Director, your typical week will be spent 1 day in the office arranging appointments, sorting out your paperwork & sales administration and 4 days out on the road, visiting clients and pitching for new business. In an average week you will be expected to attend 20 appointments, most of which will be self-generated, but leads will also be provided by the company’s marketing department and field based technicians.
The candidate: To apply for this role you should ideally have a minimum of 2 years b2b field sales experience. You will have excellent communication & presentation skills, be highly self-motivated and be comfortable in a new business, target driven environment. You must have excellent organisational skills, able to work to a weekly sales plan.
Excellent training will be provided.
On offer is a basic salary in the region of £24,000 plus commission giving an OTE of £27,000 in the first year + company vehicle.
