Sales Admin Team Leader
£27,000 basic salary plus benefits
Our client, based Redditch, is seeking a Sales Admin Team leader responsible for overseeing the sales administrative support provided to both a field-based sales team as well as internal systems based admin processes.
The candidate will be managing & coordinating the workload & flow for the current team of 1 internal sales coordinato.
This role is of key importance to the Company as it takes the lead in establishing and maintaining a strong connection and cooperation between customers, fieldforce based sales managers and internal admin, including production planning, installations teams and our transport partner.
The candidate will be part of a small, passionate sales team who need a competent & firm leader to define & establish robust sales admin processes and workflow. As such the candidate will be managing and prioritizing the workload and priorities.
Key Duties include:
Leading and managing your team, who are responsible for processing customers orders from quotation through to order placed.
Ensuring all documentation is gathered at the correct point in the ordering process.
Providing weekly management reports
Liasing with customer to ensure they are kept informed of any changes to their order.
Providing day to day line management for the team, including conducting performance reviews/appraisals as needed.
Working towards improving processes and systems.
You should have relevant experience within a similar B2B Sales Admin Team Leader or Manager role.
Be robust, structured and detail orientated with an efficient operative mindset getting things done.
