Sales Account Manager
£20-26,000 basic salary; £35,000 OTE + benefits
Our client, based West Midlands, is a leading supplier of industrial products to the electricity, rail, water treatment and construction sectors. Their clients include the UK’s largest utilities and construction companies.
As part of their expansion plans they have recently opened a new office in the West Midlands, and require talented Sales Account Managers (internally based) to promote the sales of new & existing products.
Generate new and manage existing customer’s accounts.
Identify & build a database of new key contacts to sell to.
Keep abreast of customer & competitor information.
Provide quotations as required, suggesting new products, up selling and cross selling at every opportunity.
Follow up on quotations, closing for business.
Maintain the CRM system, accurately recording account information & activity.
Support marketing campaigns with follow up contact.
Achieve KPI’s and Sales targets.
Attend training as required.
We are seeking a dynamic & ambitious, results focused Sales Account Manager with a strong work ethic and high levels of self-motivation. Clearly, experience selling products into the utility & construction sectors will be beneficial but this isn’t essential.
A basic salary in the region of £20-26,000 is on offer (subject to experience) plus an attractive bonus structure which is expected to realise an OTE of £35,000.
