Recruitment Consultant - Brentwood - up to £32k OTE c£35k yr 1, £50k yr 2, £75k yr 3

Well established specialist healthcare agency is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their medical division focussing on the recruitment of professional medical staff, to the private and public sectors. 

Duties will include:

 To consistently achieve sales targets and strive to increase revenue whilst adhering to the necessary NHS National Framework Agreements ensuring to deliver highest possible levels of customer service and work in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
 Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients ensuring regular contact is made to increase vacancy flow from clients.
 Develop new clients through making proactive sales calls and client visits with a view to securing new business and winning preferred supplier contracts.
 Maintain relationships with existing candidates, whilst proactively sourcing new candidates to provide a continuous pipeline of candidates using: advertising, face to face interviews, telephone-based interviews/screening for placement.

To be considered for this role:

 Sales and/or Recruitment experience, ideally within a candidate driven sector
 Negotiation and effective communication skills
 An organised and proactive approach to work
 Excellent telephone manner and strong customer service focus.

Basic salaries start at £22k, and you can expect a high basic commensurate with experience especially if you have already recruited for the healthcare sector (c£32k).
