£28,000-£35,000 basic + excellent commission

My client is a leading provider of specialist personnel to the construction industry, and they are seeking a Recruitment Consultant as part of their ongoing expansion.

Based at the company’s offices in Walsall, this is a hugely important role to the Team. You will have existing accounts to manage and develop coupled with prospecting for new business opportunities.

As part of this role you will be interviewing qualified candidates who you will represent to your client base.

To apply for this role you should, first & foremost, be tenacious & creative by nature, with excellent written & verbal communication skills. Some sales experience would be beneficial although this isn’t a stereotypical sales role. Our client takes a refreshingly different approach to recruitment embracing many different communication channels & techniques, such as e-marketing encompassing video technology. On offer for this role is a basic salary in the region of £28,000-£35,000, subject to experience, plus open-end commission + benefits. My client would also consider raw graduates for this role if you have to determination and desire.
