PA to the Directors
We are seeking a Personal Assistant for our client, a long established business headquartered in the Black Country
As Personal Assistant you will be responsible for ensuring a professional corporate image is portrayed to all internal & external visitors to the company. You will organise meetings & arrange appropriate refreshments, maintain adequate stationery & catering provisions, make travel reservations, disseminate post & correspondence, plus undertake ad hoc general admin a support as required.
This role would suit a very well presented, confident, friendly, articulate individual with excellent organizational skills. Applications are also invited from graduates who may be uncertain about their future career direction, and who would like to experience the corporate world for a minimum of 12 months.
