National Account Manager
£40-50,000 basic + bonus & Company Car
We are seeking a self-motivated, career minded person who is looking for progression in their sales career, ideally already dealing at National Account Management/Regional or Key Account level.
Experience of National Accounts supplying into builders’ merchants and good e-commerce experience would be a distinct advantage.
Ideally based in central UK within commuting distance of the group head office in Worcestershire.
Devise cohesive plans to achieve business growth targets whilst ensuring channel management is maintained
Manage all aspects of account profitability, ensuring all targets for sales & margin are achieved.
Administer all aspects of customer relationships from managing existing business to capitalising on new opportunities.
Prepare and build strong business and promotional plans to achieve growth targets ensuring brand development is achieved.
Build and develop internal cross department relationships to ensure business and personal objectives are met.
Passionate, driven, professional and commercially astute
Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
Proactive and flexible in nature
Fully proficient in all MS application
Exceptional numerical and statistical aptitude
Works well under pressure, and able to meet tight deadlines without a deterioration in quality of work
Possesses a strong ‘can do’ approach, with excellent team working and communication skills
On offer is a basic salary in the region of £40-50k + excellent bonus & company car
