Media Sales Executive
£23,000 basic salary + open ended commission
Hybrid role – 3 days working from home, 2 days office
Our client, a long established & leading magazine publishing business, is looking to further strengthen their sales team with the appointment of proven media sales executives.
Key duties:
Sell advertising within agreed rates and contract structures and achieve and exceed targets within stipulated time as discussed & agreed.
Generate an agreed number of sales calls and duration per day, as agreed with the Line Manager
Maintain and develop current client accounts by constantly updating sales ideas and presentations.
Identify and contact businesses not currently advertising or using competitive media and make sales presentations to convert to your products.
Constantly seek new sales and features opportunities within area and develop these
Constantly build product knowledge
The Candidate:
Solid sales pedigree, ideally Media/Advertising related – proven track record of negotiating and closing sales
Experience of sourcing & generating leads and cold calling
Proven track record of reaching targets set
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
Highly self-motivated and passionate about achieved targets and personal objectives.
On offer for this Media Sales Executive is a basic salary of £23,000 plus open-ended commission and excellent career development opportunities.
