Marketing Campaign Manager
Part-Time: Around 23.25 hours per week
We are seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to successfully manage the development, execution and analysis of marketing activity in support of new customer acquisition (NCA), client retention, and stakeholder management goals across the organisation.
This role requires a driven, action-orientated individual that is committed to delivering great service against the department’s goals and objectives. You’ll demonstrate good, generalist marketing knowledge but remain hungry to extend your skills through self-learning and industry insight. You’ll help shape the go to market strategy; develop brilliant marketing plans to hit company objectives and budget; execute professional, successful tactical activity; and deliver analysis and insight to improve performance. Attention to detail is key, so you’ll have great written and verbal communication skills. You’ll also need to understand and interpret data to improve success rate, delivering recommendations to senior management.
Responsibilities & Duties:
To research, understand and monitor ideal customer profile to develop strong, winning customer value propositions (CVP) and go-to-market plans (GTMP).
To research, understand and monitor industry, competitors and total addressable market (TAM) trends to build context to activity.
To develop quarterly marketing plans in order to drive campaigns, marketing and sales enablement activity in order to hit revenue targets and meet wider company objectives.
To develop and execute great multi-discipline tactical activity against the marketing plan.
To plan activity to a budget and monitor performance against such budget to provide clearer analysis of cost per lead (CPL) in the markets in which the company operates.
To manage direct reports or supervise non-direct reports as needed to improve team performance.
To manage and maintain CRM and marketing automation technology in order to maximise performance.
To accurately represent the Company in all stakeholder relationships, especially in the absence of the Commercial Director including internal meetings, customer meetings and industry sessions.
Your Skills & Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role, within a B2B environment.
Degree in Marketing and/or CIM qualification or equivalent would be beneficial.

Have a commitment to and an energy to learn in a busy, hands on environment
Have strong English language skills, particularly in written form
Be passionate about building relationships within the organisation and with external stakeholders
