Key Account Manager  
Are you looking for a key account manager role covering the West Midlands as part of a leading manufacturer and supplier of a broad range of products? If so, then this is a great opportunity for you, as we are seeking an experienced key account manager to join our clients highly progressively organisation. 
As a key account manager, you will work from home with one or two days per week in the head office. Responsible for managing and developing existing clients, as well as proactively identifying and opening new key accounts within a highly competitive sector. As such, experience of selling homewares, garden products or associated goods into key retailers is essential. 


Required skills and experience

  • Recent experience in selling homewares garden products or similar into key retailers.
  • Excellent account management skills.
  • Proven track record in developing sales with new and existing accounts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Positive and enthusiastic approach.
  • Proficient with all major Microsoft programs e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Publisher and Excel.
  • Pro-active and highly self-motivated and well organised 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an attention to detail is essential
  • Able to work with sales data to produce reports supporting sales activity 
Up to £38k + fully expensed car + commission paid quarterly based upon targets (up to 20% of basic salary)
