Internal Sales Executive

Worcester City Centre - up to £30k + uncapped commission realising OTE £45k

A highly regarded company both locally and internationally is looking to add to its sales desk team. They are a friendly bunch and really do work well as a team, with many team-based incentives and company-wide initiatives. What's important to them is that you aren't a hard-nosed salesperson, they value the customer care approach and really making the customer feel valued and not trying to fit a square peg into a round hole. Duties will include:

  • Bring in new business via outbound calls & superb relationship building skills to fulfil the needs of potential customers/ leads
  • Create a fantastic first impression
  • Follow up on warm leads from initial enquiries and exhibitions & trade shows
  • Outstanding customer service, provide information when required and follow up on enquiries
  • Understanding the marketplace and research
  • Undertake product training & knowledge
  • Exceeding sales targets and KPI's
  • Attending trade shows both nationally and internationally

To be considered:

  • B2b sales experience is a must - importantly you must have a positive outlook - glass is the half-full mentality
  • Knowledge of selling a solution with a consultative approach
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets, KPI's and excellent relationship building skills
  • Leading presentations face to face or online
  • Sincere sales approach to build trust and confidence in the customer
  • Hungry to earn great commission by exceeding your targets and manager expectations
  • Superb communication skills both written and spoken
  • Keen interest in IT and tech

Hours are Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week), 33 days holiday (25 days holiday + 8 bank) which increases to 38 with length of service. Plus other 1st class benefits.
