Internal Sales Executive

Halesowen £19,000 + bonus

To create and develop profitable sales opportunities for the company, by providing exceptional customer experience and sales support to the external Field Sales Representatives. Actively growing the territory through key account management, the growth of the range of product sales to existing customers and add new targetted customers.

Duties will include:

  • Creating sales opportunities via outbound calls for new customers and pro-actively following up to generate orders.
  • To be able to cross-sell and up-sell to customers.
  • Maintain and develop regular contact with existing customers to support enquiries received and generate new orders – target c50 external calls per day average
  • Processing and track customers orders received, ensuring regular communication is maintained through to completion.
  • Managing inbound communication via phone/email and actioning all enquiries received to customer’s satisfaction.
  • Update the CRM system

To be considered for this role:

  • Previous b2b internal sales/ telesales
  • Good track history - this client prefers candidates that have shown staying power
  • Superb communication skills
  • A positive and proactive approach

This is a lovely opportunity to join an established firm and be part of a team. Hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30 am - 5 pm with a 4 pm finish on Friday. 20 days holiday (+ 8 bank holidays) which increases 1 day per year served to a maximum of 28 days. 3% pension contribution, quarterly bonus.
