Based just outside Oldbury, our client, a leading manufacturing business, is seeking an internal salesperson to work as part of a friendly customer account-focused team. The team looks after clients in the electrical wholesaling sector and previous sales experience within this would be highly advantageous, but not essential.
The role:
Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, this internal sales role is focussed on the Electrical Wholesaling sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing orders using Sage software, as well as supporting with departmental administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales order processing
Building of relationships with customer contacts
Handling customer queries via phone and email
Supporting on a wide variety of administrative tasks
Key Attributes/Experience:
B2B and industry experience are ideal
History of working with CRM tools
Experience of making proactive sales calls is preferred
Excellent telephone manner and communicator
Ability to build lasting long-term relationships
Highly self-motivated and strong work ethic
Well balanced & meticulous attention to detail
