£20-30,000 basic + £10,000 commission (open ended)
Our client, an entrepreneurial & innovative technology business, based in central Birmingham, is looking to strengthen their sales team with immediate effect with the recruitment of an Internal Account Manager, responsible for answering customer queries, renewing contracts and identifying new business/upselling opportunities.
This is a fabulous Internal Account Management role for candidates with a minimum 12-18 months sales experience looking for their next challenge. As a market leading business our client offers excellent training, a fantastic office environment & realistic prospects for personal progression.
Our client’s solutions are technically led, so you will need to be comfortable with software & solutions, or be able to demonstrate the ability to pick this up & get excited about it.
We are not looking for seasoned salespeople - we are ideally looking for somebody of graduate level, or someone who has the equivalent skills, who is ready to embark on an exciting challenge, with great internal promotion prospects.
Great communication skills, self-motivation & a real desire to make something of yourself are more important criteria. You'll be a strong team player with first class communication skills, both written & oral.
On offer for this Internal Account Manager role is a basic salary in the region of £20-30,000, subject to experience, plus open ended commission that should realise £10,000 in your first year. In addition, you’ll receive excellent initial & on-going training, coupled with fabulous career prospects.
