HR Officer 


My client is seeking an HR Officer to join their team - you need to have your own transport as they are a little off the beaten track and have a warm and friendly personality. 

Duties will include:

  • Providing HR advice and guidance
  • Draft and issue HR documentation and letters
  • Provide telephone and email guidance on HR & EL matters
  • Attend client premises for investigations, hearings and minute taking
  • Maintain the HR support of template documents and letters to ensure they remain compliant, legal and relevant
  • Assist the HR Business Partner with change management projects such as TUPE and redundancy

​To be considered for this role

  • First-class communication skills both verbal and written
  • CIPD / HR degree
  • Proven experience of given HR advice and support
  • Assisting with the monthly payroll process
  • Own transport

This is working a positive employer that regularly have team building days and activities to draw the team together. This is a full-time position Monday - Friday.
