Head of International Sales
Our client, a long established & leading supplier of health & beauty consumer goods, is seeking a Head of International Sales, to further develop their export interests on a global basis. They currently supply to in excess of 50 countries around the World.
Reporting to the Board of Directors you will be responsible for developing & motivating their existing export team, introducing great new products, building the brand and growing export sales through partnerships with distributors and retailers.
To apply for this role you should have an innate understanding of what makes international distributors & retailers tick, coupled with a proven Account Management & Business Development track record and first class people management skills gained within an international FMCG arena. You should be passionate, energetic and determined to succeed and have both strategic & tactical weapons in your armour.
We are seeking an ambitious, target driven individual with a strong work ethic and exceptionally high levels of self-motivation, living within comfortable commuting distance of our clients Head Office in the West Midlands region.
On offer is a basic salary in the region of £60,000-£80,000 plus lucrative bonus scheme, car/car allowance and other benefits associated with this level of appointment.
