Field Sales Executive
£20,000 basic; £35,000 first year OTE (open ended) + car & fuel card, iPhone XR, iPad
Our client, a very well established & respected provider of employee benefits, such as death in service cover, hospital & convalescence cash plans, seeks additional Sales Professionals to further strengthen their team and their presence in the UK market.
The role:
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for selling a wide range of products to 'employees' at client premises (predominantly Blue Chip companies) throughout the UK. The role will require the successful candidate to be away from home 5 days per week, 50% of the time. All expenses, such as accommodation & food, will be provided.
This is very much a warm selling environment as the employees are aware that a representative from the company will be on site. Your role is to present the products available and complete all sales documentation as appropriate.
To apply for this role you don’t necessarily need any sales experience, but you do need to be highly self-motivated, self-driven and hungry for success. The thought of uncapped earnings should also greatly appeal. You may be a recent graduate, seeking your first step on the career ladder, or be a more seasoned sales professional with retail (b2c) or business to business (b2b) experience.

The sales team consists of around 50 Field Sales Executives and the top earner is achieving in excess of £100,000 annual earnings. That could be you.
Package:
