External Sales Executive

£35,000 basic; £70,000 ote + car allowance + 36 days holidays

Our client is a long-established organisation within the Fleet Management industry, supplying a wide range of Fleet Management Solutions into SMEs across a variety of commercial & industrial sectors throughout the West Midlands.

As part of their ongoing expansion they are looking to recruit an External Sales Executive to join their successful team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the Fleet Management industry, have a proven track-record in sales and business development and have a strong focus on new business and winning new accounts. Candidates must be hardworking, target-driven and looking to join a successful, growing company within the Fleet Management industry.

Key duties:

Identify & develop new business opportunities

Conduct face to face meetings with new clients

Work closely with internal sales to arrange meetings and promote new business

Maintain a prospect database & pipeline of business opportunities

Demonstrate the company’s solutions to prospective customers

Provide regular visit reports to Directors

Strive to achieve monthly sales targets as determined by the Managing Director

Requirements:

Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven sales success in the Fleet Management Industry.

New business / Sales experience

Impeccable presentation skills

Ability to build and maintain a professional relationship with new customers

Excellent communicator both verbal and written

CRM system experience         

Package:

A basic salary of £35,000 is on offer to the successful candidate + open ended commission (OTE £70,000) + car allowance, 36 days holiday and pension.
