European Marketing Manager

We are working with a leading manufacturer and distribution within the engineering industry, who are seeking a European Marketing Manager to manage a Marketing team of 5 at their UK head offices.

 

The Role:

As the European Marketing Manager, you will develop and deliver a world-class Marketing Communication strategy to support all European business goals for sales and branding.

  • Definition, development, and implementation of the Europe marketing theme.
  • Planning and management of agreed local and International exhibitions or events in conjunction with your marketing Team, ensuring corporate branding is followed according to HQ Marketing expectations.
  • Management and development of Europe communication support, websites, social networks, catalogs, and other communication material.
  • Define and propose the best and most efficient outsourced Marketing organisations and resources to partner with.

 

Qualifications/Knowledge:

  • Relevant professional qualifications and experience (ideally as a European Marketing Manager) in a B2B environment
  • Experience within the Engineering sector
  • Excellent product and industry knowledge/experience
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results
  • High degree of commercial awareness
  • Excellent organisation, planning and project management skills, including associated IT skills
  • Strong digital knowledge including success in implementing, Content Management Systems (CMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and SEO.

Benefits package:

Up to £60k as a basic salary + personal healthcare + Pension 4% individual, 8% company contribution + 25 days leave + 4 x salary death in service life cover
