Digital Marketing Executive

c£30,000 basic salary + 15% bonus + 25 days holiday + hybrid working

Our client, an international world leader in their industry, are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join their team based at Cannock, although this role is hybrid, 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.

Job Purpose:

To support the customer acquisition team in developing the digital strategy and delivery of the tactical digital plan for the company. The company has a focus on growth and the role will be pivotal to delivering digital engagement, communication and new business leads. The role supports a multi-channel digital communications approach and will contribute to business growth through.

Management and development of the corporate, regional, and supporting websites and customer portal.

Understand and interpret the digital channels used by external customers and effectively manage the company’s presence and performance across these platforms.

Developing an SEO strategy to support customer acquisition and the marketing strategic plans.

 Access the latest digital tools to generate new business leads.

Support the content marketing strategy for the department on the digital channels.

Keep abreast of technology and advancements across the digital arena that will enhance th company’s digital performance

Accountabilities:

Management of the corporate and local CMS to keep the website content relevant and up to date.

SEO implementation and maintenance to ensure that the company web-site ranks consistently high in the natural SEO results.

Website/campaign performance reporting, to ensure that the marketing function and wider business have access to useful and relevant performance stats relating to the digital function.

Copywriting for web (paid ads, site pages, PPC landing pages, social posts) to support and increase engagement, visitor numbers and lead generation through the website.

Oversee website developments and content updates and liaise with external agencies and digital colleagues from across the world.

Assist in the enhancement of the existing corporate website to that of a position of industry leadership, local personalisation and increased customer interaction and lead generation.

Monitor search engine performance, understand key terms and develop strategies to enhance search engine performance and website traffic.

Provide regular insight, accurate reporting and analysis to demonstrate return on investment Lead Generation.

Work with Pardot to generate new business and integrate leads into SalesForce CRM.

Use appropriate social media channels to generate leads across target audiences Understanding the Customer.

Candidate Profile:

Educated to degree level, or equivalent.

Experienced in a digital role in a fast-paced environment

Experience of working with a digital marketing agency

Digital marketing of services

Experience in managing CMS

Experience in social media research and maintenance

Knowledge of current SEO best practice and experience in implementing SEO strategies

Experience with Google Analytics and producing reports

Experience with Google Adwords

Experience with HubSpot or another marketing automation tool

Experience of CRM integration with Marketing automation

Copywriting/content writing skills an advantage

This Digital Marketing Executive role comes with a great benefits package which includes a basic salary in the region of £30,000, 25 days holiday + 8 bank, hybrid working, bonus up to 15%, lunch-allowance, onsite gym and fitness classes.
