Customer Service Manager
c£40,000 basic salary and benefits package
Our client, a long established & leading global supplier of branded FMCG products is seeking a Customer Service Manager to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction is enjoyed by their prestigious customer base.
As Customer Service Manager you, and your Customer Service team, will be responsible for managing and coordinating customer orders and queries, working closely with Supply Chain to understand and manage customer promotional activities. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to deliver an extremely high level of customer service in line with set SLA’s.
Preferably degree educated, you will have had significant experience in a fast moving or pressurized business, having worked in a similar Customer Services role and/or Supply/Production Planning position. A full understanding of demand and supply planning, and its associated processes, constraints and complexities is essential to performing well in this role.
