Customer Service Coordinator
£22,000-£24,000 + benefits
Our client, a long established & leading global supplier of branded FMCG products is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction is enjoyed by their prestigious customer base.
You will be responsible for managing and coordinating customer orders and queries, working closely with Supply Chain to understand and manage customer promotional activities. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to deliver an extremely high level of customer service in line with set SLA’s.
Ideally you will have experience in a similar Customer Service role within the FMCG industry, although consideration will be given to applicants with a passion for Customer Service and great attention to detail. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be a strong team player.
