Are you a Customer Account Manager that enjoys the freedom of working from home? Then this role could be ideal for you. You will be handling a portfolio of customers who hold a membership with this well-established company covering the UK & I. By supporting existing members and encouraging them to enhance their membership with exclusive events and consultancy. Bringing on and identifying new members.

Customer Account Manager duties will include:

  • Developing, maintaining, and retaining customer accounts
  • Seeking out new business opportunities
  • Use your skills and experience to achieve a series of performance targets including income, sales, customer engagement, and satisfaction
  • Generate and close sales leads for consultancy, events, data, and other services and refer these to the appropriate team for follow up
  • Work as part of a small and focussed CAM team

Customer Account Manager requirements:

  • Customer Account Manager experience
  • Sales targets experience
  • Valid UK driving license, all client meetings are currently held via Teams but there may be occasions when the client will wish to see you
  • Consultative solution sales experience
  • Team player
