Customer Account Manager benefits include a basic salary of £40,000 plus a highly generous bonus scheme based on customer retention and quarterly sales, 28 days holiday + bank, Working from home, pension auto-enrolled at 4% employer and employee contributions with the opportunity to increase to 5% or 5.95%, individual increases reflected with employer contribution increases.
