Business Development Manager
£30-40,000 basic + commission + 25 days holidays
Our client, a specialist service provider to the jewellery sector is seeking a Business Development Manager to build UK revenue streams across their core range of services, developing & growing existing accounts, whilst continually investigating new business opportunities.
We are looking for a proven BDM who enjoys collaborating with a team to achieve set sales targets and build successful working relationships with their accounts. An understanding of the jewellery market in the UK would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
Key duties:
Day to day customer management & maintenance
Enhancing current customer relations and developing accounts
Analysing market & customer trends to identify new opportunities
Prospecting for new business accounts
Developing strong relationships across the business
Key skills/experience:
Proven sales track record
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Commercial awareness of the business and competitors
Demonstrable account management experience
Full clean UK drivers licence
Driven and enthusiastic
Highly numerate
Package:
A basic salary of £30-40,000 is on offer to the successful candidate + commission.
