£35,000 basic; £70,000 ote + pension, car allowance, lap-top, mobile
Our client, after a sustained period of steady growth, are now looking to employ a Business Development Manager responsible for the sale of capital plant & equipment into a wide variety of industries.
Win new business in existing accounts and through new account relationships. Cross and upsell at every opportunity. Bid/tender management.
Improve conversion rates of leads provided my Marketing.
Develop business into new sectors and products. Work closely with Marketing to deliver product development.
Improve gross margin on revenue.
Multi-level sell – presenting at Board level and demonstrating equipment on the shop floor.
Successful track record in B2B capital sales, all the better if industrial cleaning related.
Skilled negotiator and closer – consultancy style sales approach.
Team player – working closely with Marketing.
Goal focused and ambitious.
Commercially astute with excellent communication & presentation skills.
Organised and good at prioritising.
On offer is an excellent package including a basic salary of c£35,000 plus lucrative commission & bonus schemes that will realise an OTE of £70,000 + car allowance, pension,
