Our well established client, based Bromsgrove, is seeking an Assistant Accountant to join their accounts team and support their continued growth. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for providing support with the management accounts process and the production of monthly analytical reports.
Duties will include:
- General ledger to trial balance
- Sales Ledger
- Credit control
- Purchase Ledger
- BACs payments
- Petty cash & credit cards
- Ad hoc invoices
- Cash book
To be considered for this role:
Qualified by Experience / AAT qualified (2 years+ experience in a finance department)
You need to have covered all of the above duties as part of your current role, including online banking and credit card payments.
Our client offers a highly positive working environment. Hours of business are Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5pm. 23 days holiday initial which increases after length of service.
