Area Sales Manager (Salons) - Health & Beauty Products
£25-28,000 basic + commission, car or car allowance, pension, lap-top, mobile
An exciting Area Sales Manager role with a well-known & growing range of branded FMCG products, primarily centred around the Health & Beauty products sector. They supply multiple retail, wholesale & export accounts within grocery, high street and department stores. This role is specifically within their salon division, managing new and existing customers, predominantly throughout the North West region but also including some accounts in Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Staffordshire.
The main focus of this Area Sales Manager role will be to maintain & increase business with existing customers and to develop Salon business by prospecting, opening and selling to new accounts within the listed territory. As a key member of the team you will need to be hard working with determination, drive and be motivated enough to work either alone or within a team as required.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in FMCG sales, ideally in a related product sector (Beauty/Nail Care), but this is not absolutely essential. You will ideally be accustomed to undertaking product demonstrations and providing in-store training. You should have good numeracy, literacy & Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM).
On target performance will add c£6000 annual commission (paid monthly) to the basic salary which will be in region of £25-28,000 subject to experience. A fully expensed company car or car allowance (£400 per month) is also on offer.
