Account Director - Internal Communications Agency - £40 - 45k + benefits

My client is a well-established event production agency working with many prestigious and well known corporate clients. Specialising in internal communications events - such as AGMs, conferences, launches etc. You need to be from a similar background bringing together internal communications events so you could be working for an event, pr or marketing agency what's important is that you know how to bring your clients message alive to their employees.

Duties will include:

• Looking after your team of Account Managers and leading by example
• Project and financial management
• Client and resource management
• Pitching to new accounts

To be considered for this role:

• Due to the seniority of the role you do need to be from an Account Management background either in internal communications events or PR which has included elements of this within a respected agency

This agency works hard to produce amazing results for its clients and you will get to work with amazingly talented people, and as such this is by no means a 9 - 5 job and you won't always be in the offices so if you have to be home by 5pm every night this may not be the right job for you.
