First-Line IT Support Technician
Our client, a leading Halesowen based distribution business are looking to recruit a First-Line IT Support Technician based from their Halesowen head-office.
This is a first line helpdesk role where the ability to liaise with end-users in a personable manner is essential.
Candidates must possess a good base technical knowledge of modern PC hardware and software (including Google Apps, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Windows Server); as well as a genuine willingness to help others, and the initiative to solve problems competently within a hectic business environment.
Previous experience within an IT helpdesk role is advantageous, but not essential as training will be given to the right candidate.
