More TV Gold........

Now in its 5th series, the multi award winning The Apprentice’ is back on our screens and unlike any other TV show it is the one that is guaranteed to have all of the sales and marketing recruitment teams at Swindale Parks watching. Now a staple part of the BBC’s annual TV calendar the show plots the progress of a group of hopefuls (with great job titles like Global Business Strategist) at business boot camp. Their sales, marketing and all round business skills are tested to the limit during a series of business challenges - all under the scrutiny of Sir Alan and his able assistants Margaret and Nick. Not that this is why we watch it of course, more game show than business lesson The Apprentice has become our ‘guilty pleasure’, we all take a huge amount of voyeuristic pleasure in watching the wannabes say or do anything to impress and walk away with the coveted prize of working for one of the most successful business moguls in the world. Based on the first installment it appears this year the egos are bigger, the aspirations are higher but will the talent match up……who cares let the back biting and in fighting begin.

'Sir Alan' may only have one job on offer, however we have plenty - why not speak to one of our specialist Sales, Marketing or Creative consultants and take your first step towards getting hired! Alternatively why not start your own business, as Sir Alan did back in 1968 with Alan Michael Sugar Trading – there are some great opportunities to be found on www.swindalparksfranchise.co.uk.  Maybe in the future you too will be worth over $1 billion!! Nice thought.
