Recruitment Consultants (Halesowen) - Full or Part Time

"Refreshingly Different"

Competitive salary package and free parking

If you've never heard of the name Swindale Parks Recruitment, then allow us to enlighten you. We are the West Midlands' leading, independent recruitment agency specialising in permanent Sales, Marketing & Creative disciplines. That said, many of our established clients trust us to fill other vacancies too - Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, HR and IT Support, for example. As it says on our website, 'recruitment is what we do...in fact it's what we've been doing since 1991.'

As part of our expansion plans, in our 25th anniversary year, we are looking to recruit a number of talented recruitment professionals based from our modern, spacious offices on the outskirts of Halesowen.

If you're seeking a role where you will be micro-managed and set all kinds of irrelevant, unachieveable KPI's then Swindale Parks 'isn't' the right employer for you. You'll find plenty of agencies in Birmingham City Centre who fir that criteria.

We prefer more of a relaxed, but focused working environment conducive to a healthy work/life balance. This doesn't mean we lounge around & chat all day with our feet on the table, drinking copious amounts of tea & coffee, on the contrary when we're in the office we work hard and effectively - although in all fairness it would be fair to say we 'do' drink copious amounts of tea & coffee.

We are seeking recruitment professionals who will fit in with our unique, mature culture. Maybe you've had enough of the daily trudge into Birmingham City Centre and want a bit more time for yourself & your family at either end of the day, or maybe you're looking for an environment that encourages development of your unique individual skills. Whatever your reasons, we are confident that you'll find working at Swindale Parks a refreshing change.

Whether you work here full-time or part-time, you'll agree your own revenue target and we'll provide you with all the tools of the trade you'll need to achieve it.

If you have a solid & stable recruitment track record, bags of enthusiasm, a great sense of humour and place great value on achieving a healthy work/life balance, then we'd love to hear from you. (It might also help if you're good at making tea & coffee!)

For an informal chat, or to arrange an exploratory meeting (outside of work hours if you prefer) then call 0121 585 6079 and ask for Pete or Carl. Alternatively send your CV to sales@swindaleparks.co.uk and one of us will get back to you.
