You will be trained in all aspects of the services the company provides and progress to be an important part of the Sales & Marketing team. A challenging, varied and rewarding role responsible for the recruitment, induction and ongoing training of a sales team of in excess of 120 people working for a market leading service provider operating within the B2C leisure sector.
Specific duties include:
Managing the recruitment of sales staff to ensure the hiring of qualified employees to meet the

Keeping track of recruitment metrics reviewing the success of candidate sourcing.
Liaising with new starters and other departments before training begins to ensure everything is in place.

Sales Executive - West Midlands - Medical/Pharma
A professional private clinic is seeking a Sales Executive (with experience within the medical sector) to join their head office.
The key route to market is the direct supply of surgery to the public on a privet B2C basis, therefore an understanding of selling a professional and bespoke product / service directly to the public would be a great advantage.
Summary:
This is a hands on role, selling direct to the public through a combination of face to face and telephone techniques. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales and Marketing executive who wants a varied career with prospects within the medical / healthcare sector
Key Accountabilities:
  You will be the initial point of contact, as such a key part of the role will involve daily tele-sales

My client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Automation and Instrumentation solutions to various industries.
They are seeking an External Sales Engineer to provide their clients with technical advice and suggest appropriate solutions to allow them to monitor their process lines.
Suitable candidates will have experience of reviewing process lines to assess the clients needs and provide advice on appropriate automation and instrumentation equipment (pressure gauges, flow controls, level sensors, backup safety switches, control panels and foam control systems)
The role:
Travel to clients site to assess process lines - Midlands into Anglia
Advise on appropriate equipment
Process quotations and technical proposals
Work with the internal technical and sales support team
Discuss installation methods
Advise on suitable aftersales support package
Work with the installation and service team to ensure the equipment is installed on time and within budget and oversee sign off to the customer
Provide Account Management to current customers
Requirements:
At least 2 years field based sales experience of automated or instrumentation equipment
HNC / HND or degree in Mechanical Engineering
Ability to review a process lines to advise the client of the right solution
Proven sales track record
Experience in putting together and delivering technical tenders and quotations
Excellent personal and communication skills
