An excellent new opportunity for a Graduate, or Graduate calibre individual to develop a Sales & Marketing career with this market leading manufacturer & installer of solutions for the light commercial vehicle fleet sector. As a growing group of companies they are now looking to invest in talent for the future by recruiting an ambitious individual to train & develop in their Sales team.
The successful candidate will benefit from an on-going training & development program whilst also being actively involved in the sales team for the business. As experience grows you will take responsibility for your own customers & develop into a full Sales Executive position. As a manufacturing group, the sales process tends to be project based & can involve lengthy negotiations, so an intelligent & considered approach is vital to achieve long term customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will be a graduate, or of graduate calibre & have up to two years post grad experience in a commercial environment - your intelligence, character, ambition & work ethic are the most important attributes sought. Equal consideration will be given to candidates currently in an internal sales role who are looking to progress their career with a market leading organisation.

These new roles will combine account management with business development, generating new customers in all sectors & managing them to achieve sales growth. The role is based from the Birmingham offices, but with the autonomy to visit customers as required to develop on going customer relationships.
Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in business to business sales, with experience of both new business development & account management. Specific product knowledge is not required as full product training will be given. Experience of selling into the above market sectors could be advantageous, but is by no means essential. Candidates with a strong background in Telesales & the desire to progress will also be of definite interest.
