Our client, a precision engineering company operating predominantly in the Automotive, Aerospace, Defence & Medical sectors, is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager with immediate effect. As a European leader in their field, they require a high calibre, ambitious, highly self-motivated and results-focused Sales & Marketing professional to continue driving the business forward.
The company have strong approval status in place, including TS16949, AS9100, SC21 and ISO14001
Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a classic hunter/farmer role. The successful candidate will, on the one hand, take responsibility for the day to day management of a current, multi-million , strategic account, and on the other hand be responsible for targeting new business acquisition.
To apply you should have a proven technical sales track record, all the better if this has been gained within the Automotive, Aerospace, Defence or Medical sectors and has included exposure to a high precision metal pressing/stamping environment.
A basic salary of 40,000 per annum is on offer, plus a very lucrative, open ended bonus scheme, car & other benefits.

An exciting new National Account Executive / National Account Manager role with a well known & growing range of branded FMCG products, primarily centred around the Health & Beauty products sector. They supply multiple retail, wholesale & export accounts within grocery, high street and department stores.
The National Account Executive / National Account Manager will be responsible for driving growth with a number of existing accounts including Asda, Waitrose, AAH, Co-Op & Amazon. Working closely with the National Account Team, building annual business plans and implementing into customer specific requirements. Negotiating prices & distribution for both existing & new brands / ranges. Developing customer specific marketing activities with Brand Managers, controlling point of sale material, maximising promotional opportunities at all levels.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in FMCG sales, ideally in a related product sector, but this is by no means essential. You will be accustomed to creating & delivering sales presentations, business plans & have strong account management skills. Naturally you'll be fully IT literate & adept at reporting & analysing sales data. You will be an ambitious & creative individual, happy to work as part of a strong team, with excellent communications skills.

Business Development Executive
The Role:
A leading supplier of business services are seeking an experienced business developer to open new accounts; research and map out the business to ensure maximum market penetration and close the initial opening deal.
You will then work closely with the account management team who will ultimately look after the company, leaving you free to do what you do best - open new accounts and map them out.
Duties:
Working from warm leads provided by the CRM system you will contact businesses, sell the benefits of the services provided, and map out the different divisions to outline suitable points of contact long with the specific courses that would benefit each division.
You will initiate and manage the first sale, whilst managing the long term transition to the dedicated Account Manager.
This role revolves around telephone and email communications, therefore you will possess excellent verbal and written skills, combined with a vibrant personality.
Personal traits:
You will be a self-starter, able to use information provided to you to create your own successes and ultimately create new sales.
You will be a new business hunter. This is an integral part of the role as once you have successfully brought a new client on-board, you will pass the account over to a dedicated Account Manager.
You will enjoy researching companies to open up new revenue streams through business mapping techniques.

A leading manufacturer of high quality PPE products are seeking an experienced Business development manager to cover the Midlands area.
The current route to market is through distributors, however this role will encompass expansion into direct sales on a B2B basis
Definition & Scope
  Reporting to the National Sales Manager you will manage an existing sales territory, as well as seek new ways to expand current sales and routes to market.
  Conduct gap analysis and recommend ways to upsell existing business and add new customers, in-particular verticals where they are currently underrepresented.
  Develop and roll out strategic sales plans
  Work closely with the internal sales team to maximise coverage of existing customers and identify new opportunities for growth.
  Oversee the current CRM system, keeping records up to date.
  Provide continuous market intelligence to the NSM through the development and management of an opportunity funnel
  Support all exhibitions and tradeshows to maximise on opportunities
  Maintain and submit company records - expense reports, monthly sales reports etc. in a professional and timely manner.

This can be a technically led sales process, educating potential customers on the features & benefits of this revolutionary system which has both time & cost advantages and getting specification at design stage. You will manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact, supporting customers with designs & applications through to overseeing the fulfillment of contracts.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of specification sales & a good understanding of the sales process through Local Authorities, Councils, Architects & Designers. Experience related to paving, street furniture, lighting or similar would be advantageous but by no means essential. Due to further expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen within the Pumps Division of one of the UK's leading industrial consumables/MRO providers, based in Dudley. This is predominantly an internal position working within a team of sales engineers. The occasional branch & site visit may be required from time to time.
The ideal candidate will have pump knowledge and be from a technical distribution/pump/mechanical background. An understanding of pump types and pumping systems is essential and an appreciation of different manufacturers would be a distinct advantage. A level of computer knowledge is expected which will include Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Key tasks will include:
Facilitate pump and pumping application enquiries from the branch network, from enquiry to quote/follow-up.

Goods in / out - receiving deliveries and despatching orders
Stock control in warehouse.
