My client is a leading provider of specialist foods and products to a wide range of businesses and direct to the public. As part of their continued expansion they are seeking a Sales Executive to further develop revenue streams within their B2B sector, in particular focussing on manufacturing and quick service restaurants i.e. Wagamama, Nandos.
Based from the companys offices in Birmingham & travelling to clients premises as required, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing both existing and new relationships with buyers and optimising commercial opportunities.
Duties will include:
  Generating revenue by selling specialist foods and related products to existing and new accounts
  Developing and generating own leads
  Developing opportunities through the sales pipeline
  Producing own quotes
  Overseeing logistics and complete customer care
  Attending exhibitions and events

The role:
The successful candidate will be able to:
  Find leads from their own research on websites and editorials

  Manage the whole sales process, promoting the benefits, closing the deal, ensuring clients profiles are uploaded onto the website correctly, ensuring invoices and payment have been received within the allocated payment terms

An exciting Area Manager role with a well-known & growing range of branded FMCG products, primarily centred around the Health & Beauty products sector. They supply multiple retail, wholesale & export accounts within grocery, high street and department stores. This role is specifically within their wholesale division, managing approximately 25 accounts across 130 sites, covering the South of the UK, from Birmingham down.
Whilst this is a 12 month maternity cover contract, the company is expanding and therefore it could lead to a permanent role, but of course no guarantees can be made.
The main focus of the role will be to maintain & increase business with existing customers and to develop Wholesale business by prospecting, opening and selling to new accounts within the listed territory. As a key member of the team you will need to be hard working with determination, drive and be motivated enough to work either alone or within a team as required.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in FMCG sales, ideally in a related product sector (Beauty/Nail Care), but this is not absolutely essential. You will ideally be accustomed to undertaking product demonstrations and providing in-store training. You should have good numeracy, literacy & Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM).
On target performance will add c6000 annual commission (paid monthly) to the basic salary which will be in region of 25-28,000 subject to experience. The car allowance is 400 per month.

I am recruiting a Business Development Manager for a leading provider of data centre design, build solutions and maintenance service agreements. The role will cover either Greater East Midlands or the South West depending upon the location of the suitable applicant.
The Role
Reporting to the Sales Director this role is purely and solely responsible for new Business Development on a B2B level.
As an experienced Business Development Manager within the field of data centre solutions and I.T. services, you will use your knowledge to provide companies with the right solution to their needs within an agreed budget.
As some clients may be incorporating your solutions in partnership with expanding or moving premises, your proposal will range from design, supply, installation and maintenance support contracts.
Key Responsibilities

  Business Development - you will be required to develop new clients through direct new business development
  Planning - You will be required to developing a dynamic, robust and structured sales plan that will ensure exposure of the company to new contacts and markets with your region
  Marketing - You will be encouraged to utilize the company's existing marketing tools to develop discrete and holistic marketing campaigns to work alongside your sales plan.
  Targets - You will have a determined and uncompromising approach to reaching targets of circa 600k.
Successful candidates will need to demonstrate experience of the above on their CV when applying for the role
Essential requirements
  Full UK driving license
  Be able to cover either the Greater East Midlands or the South West as your area
  A proven sales background within the data centre, I.T services or facilities management solutions industry
  A technical understanding and at least two years experience selling the following to businesses:
oUPS systems
oComputer and telecommunications storage systems
oFire detection systems
oData cable storage solutions
oSwitch gear
oTemperature control systems
oPreventative maintenance packages
oService agreements
  The ability to articulate data centre solutions within the mediums of both CAD and written proposals.
  Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  The ability to create a sustainable business opportunity pipeline.
  Dedicated and hardworking with a proven ability to deliver against targets.
