Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will support the sales team in pursuit of their annual profit target from the companys customer portfolio.

Our client, a leading, multi-branch supplier of engineering components & consumables such as Bearings, Power Transmission, Fluid Power and Lubricants is seeking an External Salesperson for the West Midlands region, based out of their Halesowen head office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising profitable sales from existing customers whilst continually exploring new business opportunities.
Specific duties will include:
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential customers
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contact services
Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up
Identify and resolve client concerns
Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up and adherence to goals.
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information or feedback gathered through field activity to your Line Manager
Co-ordinate staff to accomplish the work required to close sales

Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows etc.

Good knowledge of the engineering sector and familiarity with engineering consumables would naturally be advantageous. Candidates should be highly self-motivated and target driven, with excellent presentation skills.
Consideration will also be given to internal sales candidates with super-potential to develop a field sales career.
On offer is a very competitive package, including a basic salary in the region of 25,000-35,000 (negotiable subject to experience) + bonus, company car & other fringe benefits.

The e-commerce Account Manager will take responsibility for existing online accounts such as Amazon, whilst continually seeking & developing new opportunities. Specific duties will include:
Maintaining accuracy & effectiveness of new & current product listings
Data analysis of all listings to identify growth opportunities and business forecasting
Monitor stock activity across the portfolio to ensure continuous availability
Develop & implement new promotions & marketing activity
Secure new product listings
Manage imagery across all e-commerce platforms
Agree & implement pricing across all brands

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Sales Manager to join this leading provider of serviced apartment solutions. The serviced apartment market is enjoying significant growth as more and more people are seeking an alternative option to the traditional hotel. The role holder will be working on the corporate side of the business, and must be able to easily establish, influence, build and maintain relationships with key decision makers in global, multinational companies and SMEs in order to negotiate and develop profitable and sustainable business. This requires an experienced sales person with good territory and time management abilities, and the ability to create a need and turn it into a long term client.
Key responsibilities:
Identify new prospects and follow up leads from the reservations team to develop into business
Attend exhibitions, conferences and networking events to build strong networks
Work closely with the marketing team on regional and national initiatives where appropriate
Draw up proposals/preferred supplier agreements and negotiate rates
Agree terms with clients to ensure the account is correctly setup
Build strong relationships with existing clients to maximise revenue and profitability
Ensure that any problems relating to the business are resolved quickly by working closely with the client and reservation team
Deal with Clients feedback from their stay in an appropriate and timely manner.
Carry out viewings of apartments, and update head office on planned visits
Ensure that internal databases are kept up-to-date with accurate and relevant information held on records
Produce sales activity reports on a weekly basis or as required
Develop a good knowledge and understanding of the business travel industry and the serviced apartment sector
Experience & Qualifications:
You will be Customer Focused with sound commercial Awareness
Able to plan, organise and communicate results
Strong problem solving abilities
Ideally possess experience in a hotel or serviced apartment sales role
Driving License essential
