Training Administration Assistant - 20,000 basic salary
Our client, a long established & successful Birmingham based software business is seeking a Software Training Administration Assistant due to their continued global expansion.
The key focus of the role is providing a timely & seamless delivery of administration support to a busy Training Team. Although not responsible for the overall project management, the role will require timely deadlines in accordance with the roll out of each project, and the responsibility to deliver on a time-lined plan.
This role would ideally suit a person who has ambitions in the training field, and would aspire to become a training consultant longer term. The role will cover all elements of project lifecycle and would create a platform for future progression.
Some of the main responsibilities consist of:
Managing User Guide Production - ensuring that all documentation is up to date and accessible to clients
Assisting the Training team in the system configuration e.g. setting letter templates, building questionnaires
Loading projects to the company system in line with billable allocation for the team
Managing the allocation of Training Laptops
Assisting with planning meetings, documentation required and follow up reports, taking minutes where necessary.
Any other administrative assistance as directed by the line manager.
Key Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Highly self-motivated, able to work on own, and as part of a team
Positive & proactive attitude
Distinct advantage of experience of working with SQL Databases, however not essential
MS Office competent
On offer for this role is a 20,000 basic salary + benefits, and career development into a Training Consultant role.

Our client, a long estabished, specialist consultancy business, has a requirement for a Telemarketing Executive, based from their West Midlands offices (Halesowen), to sell to the UK public (Government, Police & NHS) and private sectors.
Working within the Business Development department the role will involve outbound cold & warm sales calls to identify potential opportunities within new & existing clients, also to establish whether existing contacts are still in post, appropriate to the companys services, and that contact details are correct, updating the CRM system as appropriate. This role has the potential to be fast tracked into a field based Sales Consultant role.
To apply for this role you should have a proven track record in Telesales, Data Cleansing, Cold-calling and/or Appointment setting. You should have strong communication skills and be highly self-motivated. Experience in a services sector is preferred but not essential. Experience of using a CRM system is essential. Whilst this is not a technical sales role, experience in an IT Security environment or IT in general may be an advantage but not essential. Finally you should be ambitious by nature, friendly, results driven and highly self-motivated.
In return you will receive excellent training, a competitive basic salary in the region of 16-18,000 plus uncapped commission of 1% on all converted leads. Additional benefits include 28 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays & pension (after 12 months service).

The focus will be on spending as much time as possible in front of customers, which come from all from all manufacturing sectors, and to that end the company have a full quotation, estimation and programming team to support the activities of the sales function.
