A fabulous role working for a long established & profitable supplier of branded personal care & toiletry products. Traditionally supplying the main high street retail chains, department stores & similar, they have experienced significant growth through online channels such as Amazon, Asos & The Hut Group, resulting in the decision to recruit an e-commerce Account Manager to specialise in, & grow this sector.
The e-commerce Account Manager will take responsibility for existing online accounts such as Amazon, whilst continually seeking & developing new opportunities. Specific duties will include:
Maintaining accuracy & effectiveness of new & current product listings
Data analysis of all listings to identify growth opportunities and business forecasting
Monitor stock activity across the portfolio to ensure continuous availability
Develop & implement new promotions & marketing activity
Secure new product listings
Manage imagery across all e-commerce platforms
Agree & implement pricing across all brands
Manage all aspects of customer relationship with Amazon (& similar) including buyer meetings, presentations & resolving any issues
Work closely with customer services, brand management & warehouse teams to ensure a cohesive approach
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, managing online / e-commerce sales within consumer products (FMCG), with excellent knowledge of Amazon & similar platforms. You should have strong analytical skills and be a natural communicator at all levels.

Summary:

The focus of this role is to provide export knowledge, implement processes & procedures and to provide the support required for the growth of the companys export business.
Key duties will include:
Implementing the correct certification and legal documents such as: letter of authorisation, health/hygiene certificates/ GMP certificates, certificate of origin/compliance/formulation, product registration, EN71 certificates, NDA, frame formulations, power of attorney and free sale certificates
Export knowledge of EU and ROW export requirements
Processing of orders with specific delivery notes, packing lists and invoices as required
To offer a high level of customer care, with excellent communication in general, specifically order acknowledgement, out of stocks, order despatch and order delivery date
Knowledge of territory regulation standards e.g. FDA/SFDA/ASEAN
Custom procedures and tariffs including knowledge of incoterms, insurance requirements, commodity codes and VAT obligations
Shipping requirements - pallet types, packaging restrictions and documentation
Transport coordination and required paperwork
Obtaining Bill of lading/proof of shipment and proof of delivery
Key skills/attributes sought:

Export knowledge - solid grounding in export administration & documentation
Excellent use of excel and word
Strong analytical skills
Ability & confidence to make & prioritise decisions
Knowledge of NAV and POWER BI would be an advantage but not essential
Excellent telephone, email & face to face communication skills
Ability to work under own initiative as well as part of a team, and prioritise workload
Dynamic individual able to operate & thrive in a fast moving environment.
German speaker would be an advantage (but not essential)
