Our client, a leading global supplier of branded non-food FMCG products is seeking a highly organised and dynamic National Account Executive to help support the companys sales team with the rapid growth of the business.
This is a critical head office based role supporting the National Account Managers in the delivery of customer plans and helping to deliver sales objectives.
It is a developmental role that could lead to a National Account Manager role.
Key duties will include:
Working across key Grocer relationships the National Account Executive will provide day to day to support to the Grocery team, being the key anchor of the team supporting the customer base from head office.
Collate & interpret a wide range of internal & external data for use by National Account Managers and create weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reports, focusing on EPOS performance and distribution points using data from retailer sites.
Have contact with customers across a range of departments including buying/NPD/supply chain and marketing and attend where required customer meeting with NAMs. This role will also create the opportunity to look after your own smaller accounts to support your development to National Account Manager.
To apply:
Ideally 2 to 3 years experience in a similar support role, with ambitions to National Account Management.
Excellent interpersonal skills, well organised and able to deal with heavy workloads, working alone and as part of a team as required
Demonstrates excellent attention to detail
Must have excellent computer skills specifically in Excel and PowerPoint
On offer is a basic salary in the region of 28,000 plus bonus taking total annual earnings to c34,000 + other benefits.

Our client, a leading, well established provider of Facilities Management business solutions to the Commercial sector is seeking a Field Sales Executive to join their already successful team.
The role:
Reporting to the Managing Director, your typical week will be spent 1 day in the office arranging appointments, sorting out your paperwork & sales administration and 4 days out on the road, visiting clients and pitching for new business. In an average week you will be expected to attend 20 appointments, most of which will be self-generated, but leads will also be provided by the companys marketing department and field based technicians.
The candidate:
To apply for this role you should ideally have a minimum of 2 years b2b field sales experience.
You will have excellent communication & presentation skills, be highly self-motivated and be comfortable in a new business, target driven environment. You must have excellent organisational skills, able to work to a weekly sales plan.
Excellent training will be provided.
On offer is a basic salary in the region of 25-30,000 (subject to experience) plus commission giving an OTE of 40,000 (open ended) + company car.

Our client is a leading provider of innovative drink & snack vending solutions throughout the Midlands area, their client base including such prestigious names as Rolls Royce & The NEC. Their customer retention rate of 95% is unprecedented in this sector and testament to the high quality service they provide.
As part of their ongoing expansion they are looking to recruit an additional Business Development Manager for the West Midlands region, who will be targeted on securing 4 new orders per month, which, based on current conversion ratios, will be achieved by attending between 6-8 sales appointments per week.
The companys telesales team will generate a couple of these appointments for you, although it would be fair to say that we are looking for a talented sales professional who is self-sufficient & highly self-motivated, capable of unearthing the majority of their own new business opportunities.
A typical week will be spent one day in the office and four days working from home/attending face to face client meetings, selling vending solutions, typically on 3 or 5 year leasing contracts.
