An experienced & talented Sales & Marketing Coordinator is required by this supplier of a range of leading branded cosmetic & beauty products. This division supplies exclusively into the retail sector, ranging from the major multiples such as Boots to independents & wholesalers. Growth within their customer base & re-structuring within the Sales team has created the need to recruit an additional Sales & Marketing Coordinator.
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will be part of the retail Sales & Marketing team, providing extensive support & admin for both the field based Sales team & internal departments such as marketing & purchasing. You will be responsible for analysing market figures & producing sales reports, liaising with customers when necessary, supporting the National Accounts Manager & Retail Manager. You'll get to be involved with exhibitions to broaden your experience and product knowledge. You'll maintain & update product information, both in sales packs & online, and assist in production of mail shots, POS material and literature for exhibitions. This is a wide & varied role with excellent prospects for career progression.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational ability, excellent IT skills (especially Excel & Word), and good telephone & communications skills. Experience in a similar sales & marketing administration role will be advantageous, although this does not need to be related to this product or market sector. You'll have a confident & positive outlook & enjoy being part of a successful team.

Our client, a long established & leading manufacturer & supplier of hardware to the commercial vehicle bodybuilder sector is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer as part of their ongoing expansion.
Reporting into the Sales Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing new & established commercial vehicle bodybuilder accounts, covering a geographic area encompassing the M4 in the South and the Scottish border in the North.
You will be expected to attend the offices once per week/fortnight so this is predominantly a home/field based role. You should ideally live within an hours commute of the companys head-office in the West Midlands.

Our client is a long established engineering company based in Birmingham, with a fabulous heritage spanning over 50 years. Renowned for the exceptional quality of the components they produce, their client base consists of many prestigious names in the field of Automotive Manufacturing.
They now require a Sales Office Manager to join their growing commercial team. The role is a full time position and focuses on the quotation and sales order processing functions. The role is a key point of contact with customers and assumes complete responsibility for making sure that customers needs are fully met and reporting back any non-deliveries along with monitoring any back on track plans.
Key Duties:
Managing the technical Estimators within the team
Producing quotations - working with all departments in the business to ensure all information is accurate and complete
Processing sales orders - ensuring all information is available to process the order, monitoring the progress of the order and reporting progress back to the customer.
Liaising with all departments - representing the customer through all internal functions
Attending customer meetings - either on site or at customer premises
Producing departmental KPI (Key Performance Indicator) information for the Sales Manager
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks and assist in general clerical and administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the Commercial Department as necessitated by your changing role and the overall business objectives
To Apply:
Must have previous experience working in a sales order processing role or similar, where understanding customer requirements is critical
Must have good analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to read a technical drawing would be advantageous
Must have good communication skills
Must be Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
Good housekeeping
Experience with Radan E2i - process management software (Advantageous)
