Highly regarded, Birmingham based specialist IT solutions / software organisation seeks a pro-active & dynamic Sales Manager, to lead & inspire their Sales team to achieve ambitious, but entirely realistic growth targets. The next phase of expansion has created the need to recruit a charismatic Sales Manager who will take responsibility for the Sales function. This is a hands-on, lead from the front role where your personal drive & natural leadership style will motivate the sales team to emulate your achievements. You will need to further improve the structure, systems & practices within the sales team, enabling them to realise their full potential & concentrate their efforts in adding value to the sales process.

Covering a territory of the Midlands an experienced Sales Engineer is required by this well-established electronics company.
Working with a portfolio of accounts which include small businesses through to international companies. Their products are used within a diverse range of industries including: Electrical and mechanical engineering, temporary power, transportation, marine, motion control packaging, process control, solar, electronics, cable and wire, and many more.
You will be required to provide in-depth technical support to customers, coupled with a commercial sales capability for a wide range of electrical and mechanical machinery components.
Duties will include:
  Conduct customer visits independently and with the Sales Manager / Director, to achieve sales targets and growth on the following types of equipment:
oLow voltage switchgear
oIndustrial control panel devices
oUL circuit protection
oPower distribution equipment
oPCB enclosures.
  Efficient management and monitoring of all quotations, relating to area activities, for the purpose of producing profitable business
  Prompt follow-up of all marketing, advertising, direct-mail, exhibition and other prospect leads
  Ensuring that all new prospects generated from your own efforts are communicated to internal sales staff.
  Regular sales forecasting and updating & identification of potential for new products appropriate to market.
  Prepare and deliver area sales-meeting presentations (internally)
  Prepare and deliver technical presentations to prospects and customers
To be considered for this role:
  A recognised engineering degree, ONC, City and Guilds, MBA/MS or comparable qualification
  Minimum 2 years technical sales experience, selling Electrical / Mechanical products to end customers, OEMs.
  Full and clean driving licence and living in the Midlands

Duties will include:
Telephone and email advice and guidance on a wide variety of HR and Employment Law matters, these could include redundancy, disciplinary and guidance, and TUPE transfer
Delivering HR Training and seminars to other businesses of to the public
Attend client premises for investigations, hearings and minute taking

An exciting Area Manager role with a well-known & growing range of branded FMCG products, primarily centred around the Health & Beauty products sector. They supply salons, multiple retail, wholesale & export accounts within grocery, high street and department stores. This role is focusing on salon & wholesale customers covering an area encompassing Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire & Hampshire.
The main focus of the role will be to maintain & increase business with existing customers and to develop business by prospecting, opening and selling to new accounts within the listed territory. As a key member of the team you will need to be hard working with determination, drive and be motivated enough to work either alone or within a team as required.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in FMCG sales, ideally in a related product sector (Beauty/Nail Care), but this is not absolutely essential. You will ideally be accustomed to undertaking product demonstrations and providing in-store training. You should have good numeracy, literacy & Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM).
On target performance will add c6000 annual commission (paid monthly) to the basic salary which will be in region of 25-28,000 subject to experience. The car allowance is 400 per month.
